Hi Kevin,The same fault has happened to me. I usually keep the fob in my pocket and leave the key portion attached to the key-ring. I was blaming the fault on a possible battery going dead, especially if the button was being pressed in the pocket.The dealer said to try the other key (spare key) to see if the problem persisted.

The immediate thing is that Nissan Connect won't recognise an NTFS formatted device. That puts things behind the curve substantially. It thus comes down to drivers that a PC would auto employ to control any USB deviceor a wide range lets say. So it does, but the USB Controller/driver is limited in the Nissan box IMO.
